Is there anything cooler than a sparkle ball? Not when your a kid in the store and you happen to stumble across a vending machine full of them! Sparkle balls are fun, colorful bouncing balls with glitter inside the rubber, giving the balls a sparkly appearance. Sparkle balls come in all colors and sizes. Some of the more popular colors are pink, blue, green, turquoise, orange, purple and yellow, although as with all bouncy balls, there’s just about every color available nowadays.

As with any vending machine item, part of the excitement surrounding sparkle balls is not knowing what color you will get when you put in your quarters. Will you get a color you like, one you don’t care for, or a color sparkle ball that you already have? Sparkle balls are inexpensive enough and and easily obtainable so that they can be traded among children on the playground (if they so desire.) Although as with anything else, be sure to watch out for the teacher!
