Shipping Information



How long will it take for me to receive my purchase?
Most items ship via UPS Ground and we will send you a tracking number via email. Please allow 2-5 days for items to leave the warehouse. Ground service usually takes 3-5 days to deliver in the contiguous United States. Therefore, please allow 5-10 business days for delivery of your product. Oversized items shipped via Curb side freight can take 2-3 weeks.

What if I need my item immediately?
Two day and overnight service is available at an additional charge. Please feel free to contact our customer service department for a quote.

What is Curb Side Freight?
Larger items are shipped via curbside shipping. Delivery will be done by a common carrier truck. These delivery trucks are large and cumbersome, often around 40 ft long. Therefore, your delivery address must have adequate room to maneuver up to your curbside. If you have doubts regarding accessibility for the truck due to hills, narrow or curving streets or location, please call or email us prior to placing your order. Our customer service department will try to help determine if there is likely to be a problem or require additional charges.

The driver is only responsible for delivering the order to your curb. A delivery appointment is scheduled by the freight company via the phone number you provide in your order. No delivery should be made unless an appointment is set and you must be present to help receive and inspect the packages. Any additional services such as two-man delivery or lift gate service are not included in the price of the freighted item. The cost of these additional services varies from city to city. You may purchase these additional services directly from the freight company if you choose. You will then be responsible for moving your order into your home or business, unpacking the cartons, and setting up the equipment. The freight company is not responsible for set up and installation.

Do I need a lift gate?
If you have a loading dock you will not need a lift gate because the item can be rolled out of the truck onto your dock with a dolly or similar item. Please remember it is your responsibility to remove the item from the truck into your residence or business, not the drivers.

If you do not have a loading dock, you may wish to pay for the lift gate so that very heavy items can be lowered to the ground and then rolled into your business or residence. Without a lift gate you will be responsible for off loading the item from the truck.

What is Premium Freight or White Glove Service?
Bekins Inside delivery and White Glove service are a cost effective way for inside delivery and set up of large vending machines. Customers will now be able to sit back and watch a trained professional unload their machine, take it into the location, and set it into place. Obstacles such as stairs, narrow or winding streets cost extra. Please call our email our Customer Service department for a personalized quote.

What if my item is damaged during shipping?
Please inspect your merchandise carefully before accepting from the freight delivery company. Examine the boxes carefully for holes and dents and if necessary open the boxes at the curb to inspect the item for damage. If your item shows damage upon receipt from the truck, REFUSE the shipment and call us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement to be shipped to you. If there is concealed damage upon opening your shipment, you must call us within 3 days of the receipt of delivery. We will either replace the damaged parts or have a replacement delivered at no expense to you. Any requests for concealed damage after 2 business days of receipt of delivery will be taken, but charges for replacement parts and shipping will be at the expense of the customer.

Do you ship overseas?
We are able to ship some products to Canada and Mexico. Unfortunately, most products cannot be cheaply and safely shipped overseas. Additional heavy duty packaging and shipping rates would be charged. In addition, most of our vending machines are manufactured to accept American dollars and coins. Some machines can be easily equipped to accept Canadian and Mexican currency. Other foreign currency requires special customization and would require additional charges and minimum purchase quantities. Allcustomized orders are noncancelable and nonreturnable. If there is a specific machine you are interested in, please call or email us for a personal quote. All orders shipping outside of the United States require full payment, in advance, via a TT wire transfer and are noncancelable and nonreturnable.

Typographical Errors In any event that there is a product listed at (I) an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or (II) with an error in product or pricing information, Vendingmachinesunlimited.com reserves the right to refuse, replace, or cancel any order placed with the incorrect information after confirmation with the purchaser. If your credit card has already been charged for such purchase(s), we will immediately issue you a credit to your account in the amount of the charge.

Please Note:
For Credit Card Orders: To prevent credit card fraud, we only ship to the billing address on the credit card. If you wish to have an item shipped to an alternative address, the owner of the credit card must sign and fax back an authorization form, or you may pay by check or money order.
We accept Checks and Money Orders. Orders will not be shipped until the check has cleared our account. Please contact our customer service department for proper ordering procedures and to check availability of your desired item.
