 Return Policy
These policies and guarantee are applicable ONLY as long as the items are returned within 30 days and are UNUSED and returned in their original packaging, are defective due to manufacturing, or were incorrectly shipped. Customized machines and international orders are always noncancelable and nonreturnable.
Our Guarantee
We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase from Vending Machines Unlimited, which is why we offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all of our products*. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply contact us within 30 days of receipt. If we cannot resolve the problem, we will gladly give you instructions on how to proceed with a return.
Upon arrival of the returned item, a credit will be issued for the cost of the item minus the shipping charge and a 20% restocking fee. All returned products must be in their original packaging and must be returned in a never-used condition. Customers will be responsible for return shipping charges.
*For health-related reasons, we cannot accept returns on gum or candy products.
*All of our vending machines are for indoor use only, unless otherwise stated. Placing machines outdoors and exposing them to rain and humidity may nullify the manufacturer warranty and our return policy.
Returns Due to Damaged or Incorrect Goods
If you receive the wrong item (variation in color does not apply) or damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service department immediately.
Do NOT accept damaged goods from a freight carrier. Ask the agent to note the damage on the frieght bill and call our office immediately.
In some cases, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping costs of damaged or inoperable equipment. Please inspect your purchase immediately and report any shipping errors or manufacturer defects within 48 hours of receiving your product. This will ensure full or partial
coverage of return shipping costs as well as an immediate refund or replacement of product.
Manufacturer Warranty
Manufacturer warrantees differ by item and manufacturer. Please contact Customer Service if you have questions about a specific item. Manufacturer warrantees may include replacement for broken parts or product exchange but usually do not include shipping costs.
All warranty situations will be handled by the manufacturer and are subject to any changes put forth by the manufacturer. Please note that we will take payment of your purchase before shipping your item out to you. Your use and purchase from this site binds you to our purchasing policy and you agree that you have read and agreed to all of our policies including those of warranty, shipping and returns.
Refund Information
Please allow time for shipping, inspection, and up to two additional business days to process your refund. Orders returned that were sent via truck (freight) do not receive shipping reimbursements and are charged the actual shipping costs in returning.
Refunds will only be issued to customers who have first emailed or called in to receive an authorization number and the correct address to send the return.
